how to make it
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in two microwave-safe bowls - one for the milk chocolate and one for the dark chocolate.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave, checking after every 30 seconds and giving them a stir, until they are lovely and smooth.
Remove from the microwave and stir a teaspoon of butter into each bowl of chocolate.
Place a large piece of baking parchment onto a flat baking sheet.
Pour the milk chocolate onto the parchment and then spread it out with the back of a tablespoon until it’s around 1 cm high.
Now, drizzle the dark chocolate all over, and gently spread it over the milk chocolate. Don’t worry about making it smooth, as it is supposed to be bumpy and uneven.
Sprinkle your chosen toppings all over the chocolate, breaking up any large pieces so that they're around 1 cm in size.
Place the baking sheet in the fridge for around 30 minutes, until the chocolate is hard.
Remove from the fridge then carefully slide the parchment onto a chopping board.
Break the chocolate bark into large pieces (around 5-8 cm) - they can be odd-shaped and different sizes!
Carefully peel each piece away from the parchment, and enjoy!
