These chocolate berry cups are really easy to make and only need 3 ingredients.
ingredients:
300g milk chocolate
Berries of your choice (you can use blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries)
Icing sugar for sprinkling
how to make them
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave, checking it after every 30 seconds and giving it a stir.
When it’s lovely and smooth, remove from the microwave.
Put 12 cupcake cases into a cupcake tray.
Carefully spoon 3 tablespoons of the melted chocolate into each cupcake case.
Using a small pastry brush, brush the chocolate up the sides of the cases. If you don't have a pastry brush, you can use a clean paintbrush.
Share out the rest of the chocolate between each of the cases, dolloping it into the bottom of each one.
Put the tray into the fridge and leave for around 1 hour, so that the chocolate has time to go hard.
Carefully remove the paper cases, and place the chocolate cups onto a serving plate.
Fill the cups with the berries, then dust with a sprinkling of icing sugar.
